Melissa Zakhem

Melissa (DeLisle) Zakhem is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and retention, currently serving as Sr. Director of Customer Success & Head of Global Renewals at Anaplan since September 2021. Prior to this role, Melissa held the position of Director, Customer Success & Retention for VMware at ServiceSource, where substantial revenue growth was achieved.
