Joseph Valvo

Joseph Valvo has a diverse work experience. Joseph worked as an Associate Director of CMC Project Management at AnaptysBio starting from January 2017. Prior to that, they were a Project Manager at the Center for Infectious Disease Research from April 2011 to June 2016. Joseph also served as a Research Associate at the Institute for Systems Biology from 2010 to 2011 and as an Operations Manager and Co-Founder at Trade Route Brewing Company from February 2007 to June 2010. Before that, they worked as a Research Associate II at Bloodworks Northwest from August 2004 to February 2007. Joseph Valvo started their career as a Research Associate and Teaching Assistant at the University of Washington from November 2002 to August 2005. Joseph also worked as a Research Technician II at Parametrix from March 1997 to November 2002.

Joseph Valvo graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Microbiology in 2004. Before that, they attended Bellevue College, where they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Biology, General. In addition to their formal education, Joseph has also earned various certifications through online courses, such as Introduction to Project Management Principles and Practices Specialization, Statistical Inference, Exploratory Data Analysis, Reproducible Research, Getting and Cleaning Data, R Programming, and The Data Scientist’s Toolbox. These certifications were obtained between 2015 and 2016 from Coursera Course Certificates and Coursera Verified Certificates.
