Paula Flores

Paula Flores has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist and HR Benefits Administrator at AnaSpec since August 2004. In this role, Paula manages benefits, recruitment, HRIS (ADP Total Workforce), immigration, and employee relations. Prior to this, Paula worked in customer service and order processing, where responsibilities included processing orders, assisting customers, and managing custom order log sheets. Paula's career began in education as a Teacher Assistant at Anne Darling Elementary from August 1990 to June 1995, followed by a position as a Purchasing Buyer at Solectron from March 1996 to September 2001, focusing on purchasing electronic components. Paula completed education at Casa Libre from 1985 to 1988.
