Dawne Stanley has extensive work experience in various industries. Dawne started their career as a Talent & Entertainment Marketing Intern at Davie Brown Entertainment in 2012. Dawne then worked as a Television Intern at PMK*BNC, where they gained experience in PR for shows such as X Factor and The Primetime/Creative Arts Emmys. Dawne also worked as a Talent & Casting Intern at MTV, assisting with developing and finding new talent for current programming and pilots.
In 2012, Dawne joined CBS Corporation as an Executive Assistant to the SVP of Casting, supporting casting for all CBS Drama television shows. Dawne also served as a Temporary Administrative Assistant and a Talent & Casting Intern during their time at CBS.
Dawne later joined Loyola Marymount University as a student, where they pursued their education from 2009 to 2013. After that, they worked at the SLS Hotel, A Luxury Collection Hotel, Beverly Hills, as a Spa Concierge, handling administrative duties and managing front desk operations.
From 2015 to 2017, Dawne worked as an Assistant General Manager at Wanderlust Hollywood, leading day-to-day operations and overseeing the hiring of new team members. Dawne then joined Equinox, first as an Operations Manager, responsible for managing overall club operations, and later as an Assistant General Manager, where they ensured smooth operational procedures and trained department staff.
In 2020, Dawne worked as the Director / Office of the CEO at The Mullings Group, managing and monitoring all business development actions within the office of the CEO.
Most recently, Dawne held the position of Regional Director of Operations at Anatomy, where they trained and mentored new General Managers, ensured smooth club operations, implemented operational SOPs, and developed systems for clearer communication. Dawne also managed the regional customer service team and handled customer feedback and concerns.
Throughout their career, Dawne has consistently demonstrated their leadership and organizational skills, as well as their ability to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
Dawne Stanley earned their Bachelor's degree in Communication, General from Loyola Marymount University, where they studied from 2009 to 2013.
