Tom brings 30 years of experience developing solutions for government customers and international law firms. He loves to mentor and grow high performing teams leveraging Agile Methodologies. This focus has continually exceeded the expectations of Tom’s customers. He is a member of the project management institute (PMI) and has held a PMP since 2005

Prior to joining AnaVation, Tom was a Principal Infrastructure Engineer at the MITRE corporation for 12 years, serving as Chief Architect in the development of cyber capabilities for multiple Law Enforcement and Intelligence Community customers. Preceding that, he served as Director of Enterprise Engineering for CACI International supporting the OSD CIO office which was the culmination of 10 years of support to the OSD organization. As Senior Litigation Support Analyst for multiple firms over 8 years, he developed large scale electronic discovery systems, jury selection applications and provided trial support across the US.

Tom is a lifetime learner and has earned numerous IT certifications in cloud, virtualization technologies, network engineering and security.
