Cynthia Latcham, MPA has a comprehensive background in housing management and program services. Cynthia currently serves as the President, Executive Director, and Director of Programs & Services at Anawim Housing, focusing on managing Permanent Supportive Housing Grants. With past experience as an Agency Leader and Office Manager, Cynthia has a strong history of leadership and organizational management. Cynthia holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Drake University and a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from the University of Iowa.
