Ama De Silva is an accomplished academic with extensive experience in higher education, currently serving as a Visiting Lecturer at Apex Ed and ANC Education since 2021. Specializing in Strategic Management and Change Management, Ama is committed to fostering students' understanding of complex concepts to enhance their academic and professional journeys. With roles as an Academic Assessor for the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management and previous visiting lectureships at ICBT Campus and the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Ama has developed and assessed curricula across multiple disciplines, including psychology and business. Holding advanced degrees including an MBA in Human Resources Management and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management, Ama's academic foundation is complemented by a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Psychology and a B.Sc. in Psychology and Counseling.
