Francisco R. has a diverse work experience. Francisco started their career at The Wireless Wizard LLC in 2013, where they were the Head Technician/Manager. Francisco was responsible for diagnosing, testing, and repairing electronic devices, as well as performing high quality refurbishment for store resale. In 2016, they joined Success Systems as a Quality Assurance Engineer, where they were responsible for overseeing QA for large-scale customers. Francisco also created and executed strategies to enhance and maintain high-functioning software and web applications. Francisco also served as a Project Manager/Support Manager and Technical Support Engineer: Tier I & II. In 2022, they joined Ancera as a QA Engineer.

Francisco R. attended Fairfield University from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
