Nick Hodgson

Director of Poultry Live Production Strategy at Ancera

Nick Hodgson has over 20 years of experience in poultry production. Nick began their career in 1998 at Tyson Foods as a Live Production Manager and Breeder/Hatchery Manager. In 2002, they joined Cobb-Vantress as Director of Production, where they managed an $80M budget and 160 employees, producing quality hatching eggs and 50M chicks for the commercial parent poultry industry. Nick was later promoted to Associate Director of Production, managing 4 grandparent poultry operations and supervising 7 hatchery managers with a total budget of $120M. Nick also served as Regional Production Manager, overseeing 3 grandparent production operations, 1 great grandparent operation and pure line hatchery located in George, North Carolina, and Tennessee, with total of 140 employees. In 2020, they joined Ancera as Director of Poultry Live Production Strategy.

Nick Hodgson graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Arts and Sciences with a focus in Business, Management, and Marketing.
