Paola Sota

Paola Sota is a business development professional with extensive experience in tourism and marketing. Currently serving as a Business Developer for Benelux and Scandinavia at PROMPERU since August 2018, Paola has also held roles as a Partnerships Marketing Specialist and Tourism Specialist within the organization. As the Founder of Ancestral Teacher, Paola won a Social Entrepreneurship Competition in Tourism. Previous experience includes a position as Market Specialist at Promperu in 2018 and various roles at Monasterio, A Belmond Hotel from 2013 to 2015, where responsibilities included Key Account Manager and Sales Executive. Paola began a career at Intense Peru in 2012 as an Account Manager. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Sustainable Tourism Management from the University of Girona, University of Kolding, and University of Ljubljana, alongside a Postgraduate in Marketing Management from Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola and a Licentiate and Bachelor Degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Universidad Andina del Cusco.
