Ray Osborne

Ray Osborne has held various roles throughout their work experience. Ray currently serves as the Director of New Business & Product Development at Anchor Danly since 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Business Development Manager at Victory Tool Inc. from 2020 to 2021. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at Superior Die Set Corporation, first as the Vice President of Product Management & Development and then as the Vice President of the Die and Mold Components Division. Before that, they were the Vice President of Sales at Moeller Precision Tool from 2013 to 2017. Ray also held positions such as Director of Engineering at Anchor Lamina America, Inc. from 2011 to 2013, Business Development Manager at Anchor Danly from 2005 to 2011, and Application Engineer at Anchor Lamina from 2003 to 2005. In addition, they worked as the Technical Services Manager at Pronic, Inc. from 2001 to 2003 and as an Application Engineer at Federal-Mogul Corporation from 2000 to 2001. Ray started their career as a Product Design Manager at Danly Die Set from 1994 to 2000.

Ray Osborne earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University between 1989 and 1994. Additionally, they pursued studies in Strategic Innovation, Finance & Accounting at Vanderbilt University. Ray also obtained certifications in Strategic Thinking and Speaking Confidently and Effectively, both from LinkedIn in 2021.
