Max Hanft

Max Hanft has a diverse work experience in the field of technology. Max is currently the Owner of Max Tech LLC since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an IT Manager at Anchor Ingredients Company, leading their technology team and supporting business functions. From 2020 to 2022, Max served as an IT Manager at BNG Team, responsible for improving processes and ensuring the security of data. Before that, they worked as a Senior System Engineer at BNG Team, focusing on infrastructure management and implementing automated processes. Max also has experience as a Sr. Systems Administrator at General Equipment & Supplies, Inc., where they managed and maintained the hardware infrastructure. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Engineer at Netrix IT, mainly involved in stabilizing hardware infrastructure for clients and managing the backup team. Max started their career as a Technical Support Engineer at VMC, providing support for Microsoft Dynamics GP.

Max Hanft attended Minnesota State Community and Technical College from 2006 to 2008. During this time, they pursued a degree in Network and Computer Technology, and also obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology. In 2014, Max Hanft earned the CSSA certification from Dell SonicWALL as a Certified SonicWALL System Administrator for Network Security. Max also obtained the Datto Certified Advanced Training certification from Datto, Inc. in the same year.
