Russell Goff

Russell Goff is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and military operations. Currently serving as Program Manager at Anchor Innovation Inc since June 2023, Goff previously worked as GDIT Program Manager and Operations Training Specialist Advisor at General Dynamics Information Technology from August 2022 to June 2023, focusing on sophisticated training programs for maritime operations. A distinguished career in the US Navy from 1999 to 2021 includes roles such as Executive Director and AA&E Program Manager, overseeing the East Coast’s largest weapons facility, and leading diverse teams in maritime operations and safety engineering.
