Lance leads one of the primary residential and commercial real estate teams at Anchor and has originated more than $1 billion in loans for the company. In addition to working directly with Anchor clients on fix and flip, new construction and rental loans, he is an integral part of the company’s sales, underwriting and structuring efforts.

Since joining Anchor Loans in 2009, Lance has been instrumental in the growth and expansion of the company’s loans and acquisitions department . Lance currently leads the nation’s highest producing originations team focused on all aspects of the single-family residential investment market.
