Ken Rosa

Ken Rosa has extensive work experience spanning several roles and companies. Ken most recently worked at Anchor Manufacturing Group, Inc. as the Director of Program Management. Prior to that, they held the position of Program Manager at the same company.

Before their time at Anchor Manufacturing Group, Inc., Ken Rosa worked at Shiloh Industries. Ken served as both the Plant Manager and Interim Plant Manager, demonstrating their leadership abilities. Additionally, they held the position of Corp. Continuous Improvement Manager, where they contributed to enhancing operational efficiency. Ken also had roles as Manufacturing, Maintenance & Tooling Manager and Program Manager & Continuous Improvement Manager.

Ken Rosa began their career in the manufacturing industry, starting as a Manufacturing employee at Shiloh Industries. Ken then transitioned into roles such as Quality Assurance Technician and Quality Engineer, showcasing their dedication to ensuring product quality.

Outside of their corporate experience, Ken Rosa served in the US Army Reserves as a Military Police officer.

Ken Rosa attended Lorain County Community College from 1988 to 2002. Ken obtained an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer Science, Automation, Quality, CAD/CAM, and Electronics.
