Engr Joseph Rabiu

Joseph Rabiu is an experienced operations manager with a significant background in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as Operations Manager and Acting Group Operations Manager at Anchor Telecoms since July 2012, Joseph has been responsible for developing and implementing annual operations strategies, conducting industry analyses, and providing strategic and operational leadership across multiple regions including Nigeria, Ghana, Cameroon, South Africa, the United Kingdom, and Kenya. Previously, as Deputy Project Director, Joseph successfully increased revenue for telecom equipment implementation and established a network planning and optimization department. Additional experience includes roles as Senior Project Manager and Project Manager for major telecom projects, as well as serving as Country Manager for Anchor Telecoms Gabon Sarl. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Ibadan and completed an executive program at Lagos Business School in 2018.
