Moneil Patel is currently the Head of Business Operations at Anchorage. Prior to this, they were a Managing Partner at MSP Consulting LLC from July 2020 to February 2022. There, they were in charge of the total client life cycle process and systems consultancy with a GTM-focus for clients in the technology, crypto and manufacturing industries. Before that, Patel was the Senior Director at Addepar from July 2015 to July 2020. At Addepar, they helped create the Investment Management Platform for What’s Next by focusing on integrity, transparency, and impact. Prior to Addepar, they were the Sales Director for West Coast Business Development at iLEVEL from January 2014 to July 2015. iLEVEL is an high-growth SaaS company that uses cloud-based technology to solve an important problem for the private capital investment industry which has more than $2 trillion in assets under management. iLEVEL enables increased allocation of capital to alternatives by empowering private capital market participants to more effectively control their data. Before that, Patel was the Vice President at Capital IQ, Inc. from January 2004 to March 2013.

Moneil Patel has a BS in Finance from Wake Forest University and attended Western Reserve Academy. They have certification from LinkedIn in Unconscious Bias and from iLEVEL Solutions in iLEVEL Certified Platform Manager.

Their manager is Diogo Mónica, Co-Founder & President. They are on a team with Sadia Halim - Head of Institutional Relationship Management, Aaron Lint - CISO, Anchorage Digital Bank, and Nicole Civitello - Head of Capital Strategy.
