Sven Walter

As the Director of Global Technical Operations in the Customer Success and Services department, Sven is responsible for devising technical solutions and managing the team’s internal operations. He works closely with the clients, customer success technical and development teams to identify and prioritize improvements based on customer feedback. Sven is dedicated to ensuring the customer’s continued success and use of the solutions.

Sven’s career with uPerform began 15 years ago, and throughout his tenure, he became a well-respected technical resource and mentor to new team members and made great improvements over the years to the cross-departmental processes.
