Oksana Timofeeva

Oksana Timofeeva graduated from Ukhta State Technical University with a degree in Oil and Gas Geology. In 2006 graduated from Moscow University of Finance and Law with a degree in Financial Management. In 2019, she obtained EМВА’s course “Project management” in Moscow Higher School of Economics.

Oksana started her career in ANCOR from 2007 as a Director of Treasury Department, being responsible for financial processes automation of the Holding. New forms of consolidated book-keeping and rules of procedure of Treasury Department were set up under her guidance.

In 2011 Oksana became a Chief Financial Officer of ANCOR, in 2012 she was promoted as a Chief Financial Officer of ICM Group. In 2018-2020 was heading ANCOR Consulting.

In 2017 and 2018, she was ranked as one of the most influential figures in global staffing industry according to Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA), global advisor on staffing and workforce solutions (Global Power 150 – Women in Staffing).
