Rahul Upadhyaya

Rahul Upadhyaya, CPA, MAcc, is a seasoned professional in asset management and finance, currently serving as Vice President of Asset Management at Ancora since April 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Leasing & Asset Management at Everest Healthcare Properties from 2019 to April 2023, Stock Trader at Family Trust in 2018, and Senior Portfolio Manager for Medical Office Buildings at Welltower, Inc. from 2015 to 2018. Rahul previously worked at Ventas, Inc. as an Asset Management Analyst and at Ernst & Young as a Senior Audit Associate and intern. Early in the career, a finance internship at Protiviti was completed. Rahul holds a Master's in Accountancy and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the Wisconsin School of Business.
