Shivam Gupta

Shivam Gupta is an Associate at AND Business Consulting since July 2023, with previous experience as a Management Consulting Intern. In a prior role as a Field Investigation Officer at NABARD from June to October 2022, Shivam conducted over 75 in-person interviews across four cities, producing a comprehensive impact evaluation report and analyzing financial data related to government loan dissemination issues. Additionally, Shivam served as a Management Trainee at Cent Bank Home Finance Limited from January to March 2022, where monthly financial reports were prepared, improving efficiency and streamlining the loan process.
