Paramjit Uppal

Paramjit Uppal is the founder of AND Digital. Prior to this, they were a Governor at The Abbey School from April 2012 to January 2020. Before that, they were the founder, CEO at Qedis from September 2003 to December 2013 where they took the business from inception to 280 consultants and £30m revenue in 10 years. Paramjit has also worked as a Director at Andersen/Deloitte from September 1998 to September 2003 and as a Senior Manager at NDS plc from August 1996 to August 1998.

Paramjit Uppal has a BSc. and MEng. in Microelectronic Systems Engineering from the University of Manchester, where they graduated with first class honours.
