Mika Baruch

Mika Baruch is an experienced professional currently serving as Value Creation Manager & Studio Operations at AnD Ventures since March 2023, focusing on early-stage Israeli startups in data and AI. As a Co-Founder of PrActing, initiated in December 2022, Mika develops simulation workshops to enhance interpersonal skills for startups. Before that, Mika owned Venture Q, providing business development services and orchestrating networking events between TLV and NYC from October 2022 to March 2023. Contributions at Israeli Mapped in NY included formulating a social media strategy in the Networking Department from February 2022 to February 2023. Prior roles include working in the Consular Department at the Consulate General of Israel in New York and serving as Assistant to Colonel in Israeli Military Intelligence.
