Mike Leatherbee

Mike Leatherbee has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Mike began their career as a Co-Founder at Innovation Factory UC in 2009. Mike then pursued a Ph.D. in Management Science and Engineering at Stanford University from 2010 to 2015, focusing on Strategy, Entrepreneurship, Technology, and Organizations.

After completing their studies, Mike assumed roles as President at El Colorado / Parques de Farellones in 2018, President at Corporación de Desarrollo Andes Central from 2018 to 2022, and President of the Programa Estratégico Transforma Turismo Montaña Región Metropolitana from 2020 to present.

In the academic field, Mike served as an Assistant Professor at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile from 2015 to 2022, before being promoted to an Associate Professor in May 2022. Mike also holds a position as an Innovation Council Member at CORFO | Chilean Economic Development Agency since 2021.
