Mahmoud Samir ElRaggal is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in managing and supporting IT infrastructure across various sectors. Currently serving as the KSA Regional IT Infrastructure Manager at Andalusia Group for Medical Services since February 2018, Mahmoud oversees network systems, server installations, and storage solutions, ensuring operational efficiency for branches in Saudi Arabia. Prior to this, Mahmoud co-founded HQ Group, where technical management and project development were key responsibilities, and held managerial positions at Alexandria Trading Engineering Bureau and Andalusia AlShalalat Hospital. With expertise in areas such as Microsoft server configurations, networking, and telecommunications, Mahmoud is adept at designing and implementing comprehensive IT solutions. Mahmoud holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Alexandria University, specializing in accounting.
