Scott Urbatsch

Scott Urbatsch is a seasoned IT and data management professional with extensive experience in leading technical teams and managing complex data systems. Currently serving as the Data Team Technical Manager at Andavi Solutions, Scott oversees a team, analyzes ETL processes, implements enhancements to data warehouses, and facilitates migrations to modern ETL technologies. Previously, Scott held roles at GreatVines as an Integration and Analytics Specialist and Implementation Strategist, contributing to the development of ETL processes and system implementations within the beverage industry. With a strong background as the Director of IT at Craft Brew Alliance and Chief Technologist at Polar Systems, Scott has successfully executed IT strategies, managed significant infrastructure projects, and led multiple system integrations. Scott holds a Master’s degree in Post-Secondary, Adult, and Continuing Education from Portland State University and a BA in Computer Information Systems from the University of Northern Iowa.
