Themistoclis Parodos has worked in the semiconductor industry since 1981. Themistoclis began their career at Magnavox/New England Research Center, where they held the positions of Detector Engineer, Detector Laboratory Manager, Manager of Semiconductor Manufacturing (acting), and Senior Engineer, Process Development. In 1991, they joined Spire, where they were an Initiative Manager for Display Technologies and Device Engineer for III-V and II-VI Materials. From 1995 to 2000, they worked at Lockheed Martin as Senior Principal Production Engineer (recurring lead). From 2000 to 2003, they were at Nortel Networks as Senior Product Engineer and Wafer Fabrication Engineering Manager. Finally, from 2013 to the present, they have been at ANDE as Senior Director of Operations Engineering, where they have established qualification and factory acceptance procedures to move instruments from prototype phase into production and improved product reliability and ruggedization.
Themistoclis Parodos completed their high school diploma at Framingham South High School from 1974 to 1977. Themistoclis then attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from 1977 to 1981.
