Justin Merrell

Justin Merrell is an experienced professional in health, safety, and environment management, currently serving as Pipeline and Terminal Manager at Andeavor since August 2015. Previously, Justin held various roles at Phillips 66, including Director of HSE Programs and Metrics and Area Safety Coordinator, from July 2008 to August 2015. Early career experience includes working as a Safety Engineer at ATK Launch Systems, Inc., and roles as Health and Safety Specialist and Facility Industrial Hygienist at ConocoPhillips. Justin began a career in safety as a Health and Safety Intern at Phillips 66 in 2000. Justin holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Health from Utah State University.
