Katja Mandrup Jakobsen

Katja Mandrup Jakobsen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business transformation and process management. Currently serving as the Lead Process CoE Manager at Andel since April 2023, Katja previously held the position of Business Transformation Lead, Design & Strategy at Solita from March 2022 to April 2023. Katja spent eight years at Dansk Retursystem A/S, initially as Project Manager from 2008 to 2014, and later as Head of BPM from September 2014 to 2022, where the focus was on strategic project and change management. Earlier career roles include Corporate Product Manager at Ambu and Product Management Coordinator at GN ReSound. Academically, Katja holds a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Marketing) from the University of Southern Denmark and a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School, along with several other qualifications in management and mathematics.
