Aisha Nansubuga

Aisha Nansubuga is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in technical recruitment and HR consulting. Currently serving as Lead Talent Partner and Global Technical Recruiter at Andela since October 2021, Aisha focuses on sourcing top engineering talent and optimizing candidate evaluation processes. Prior roles include HR Consultant at Plan International, where Aisha reviewed and implemented HR policies and guidelines, and various positions at Andela, including Talent Acquisition/Recruiter. Aisha's earlier experience at NFT Consult involved senior talent acquisition responsibilities and client relationship management. Aisha holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resource Management from the Islamic University in Uganda.
