Damien Gourvennec

Damien Gourvennec is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and executive roles within the technology sector. Currently serving as a Senior Account Executive at Andela since 2022, Damien facilitates access to a global network of certified tech talent through the client portal. Prior to this, Damien worked at Toptal as an Account Partner from March 2019 to August 2021, where expertise was provided in sourcing elite talent across various fields including finance and software development. Additionally, at Gartner from September 2015 to February 2019, Damien focused on partnering with emerging tech firms across the UK and Ireland to guide CEOs in strategic decision-making. Damien holds a Master 2 in International Management from IAE Bordeaux and a Master 1 in International Economics Bank and Finance from Université de Bordeaux, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Economics Sciences and international experience in economic studies.
