Larry Duong

Larry Duong is an experienced HRIS professional currently serving as HRIS Manager at Andela since February 2022, after previously holding the role of Senior HRIS Specialist. Prior to Andela, Larry worked at Shopify as a Senior Talent Technology Specialist and at GroupeX Solutions as an HCM Consultant in SAP SuccessFactors. Larry's earlier experience includes serving as Manager of HRIS at Kinross Gold Corporation, where responsibilities included overseeing human resources information systems for a major mining company. Larry's career also includes a position as HRIS Specialist at Shred-it, a global leader in document destruction. Larry holds an Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management from Sheridan College.
