Darcie Matheny

Darcie Matheny is an experienced professional in operational excellence and Lean Six Sigma methodologies, with a career spanning over 18 years in the pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries. Darcie served as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt at Hikma Pharmaceuticals from July 2018 to May 2021 and held a similar position at West-Ward Pharmaceuticals while also working as a Capacity Analyst from March 2016 to May 2021. Prior roles include Six Sigma Black Belt at Boehringer Ingelheim from September 2007 to May 2021 and Lean Manufacturing Engineer at John Deere from June 2003 to July 2007. Currently, Darcie is the Manager of PMO and Operational Excellence as well as the Senior Operations Excellence Specialist at Andelyn Biosciences since May 2021.
