Rajiv Vaidya has accumulated a wealth of experience in the biotechnology industry. Rajiv has held various roles at companies like Andelyn Biosciences, Grace Science, LLC, Arranta Bio, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Brammer Bio, Meridian Life Science, Inc., and more. Their roles have ranged from Microbiologist to Director and Associate Director in Technical Operations, Manufacturing, Project Development, and Research. Their expertise spans gene therapy, manufacturing science, technical operations, and process engineering.

Rajiv Vaidya completed their Bachelor of Science in Microbiology at South Gujarat University from 1992 to 1995. Rajiv then pursued a Master of Science in Microbiology at The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda from 1995 to 1997. Finally, they obtained their PhD in Microbiology from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda from 1999 to 2002.
