Mark Horton

Mark Horton has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as the Operations Manager for the Oregon Region at Andersen Construction since January 2006. Throughout a successful tenure, Mark has progressed through various roles, including Project Executive, Senior Project Manager, and Project Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Project Manager at Swinerton Builders and as Project Engineer at McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. Mark Horton holds a degree in Construction Engineering Management from Cal State Long Beach, where studies were completed from 1999 to 2003, and has a background in the United States Marine Corps from 1994 to 1998.
