Diana Kozar

Diana Kozar is a Human Resources Business Partner at Andersen Lab since August 2021, focusing on optimizing organizational development and enhancing employee experiences through HR process automation and optimization. Previously, as a Human Resources Manager at both Andersen Lab and Enactus, Diana played a pivotal role in employee onboarding and adaptation, as well as team organization and leadership within a recycling-based project. Diana holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Odesa National Economic University, completed in June 2022.
