David McGee, MBA, PMP®

David McGee, MBA, PMP® has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2010, they served as the Executive Officer for the 2nd Space Operations Squadron - GPS Operations. In 2011, they transitioned to the United States Air Force as a Program Manager, responsible for managing contractors and ensuring the successful development of technical systems. David then joined the Global Positioning System (GPS) Directorate, where they held multiple roles, including Test Director, Project Manager, and Business Operations Chief. During their time at GPS, they made significant contributions to various projects, such as revamping the struggling test program for the GPS Next Generation Operational Control System (OCX) and leading the development of training materials. In 2013, David joined Quantech Services, Inc. as a Program Management Consultant, focusing on the Space Situational Awareness Environmental Monitoring (SSAEM) Program. David played a key role in managing schedule, product development, documentation support, and integration efforts for the project. In 2015, they moved on to ProStar Geocorp, where they served as the Vice President of Operations and later as a Senior Implementation Manager. David'sresponsibilities included overseeing operations and implementing new initiatives. From 2014 to 2017, David was also a Space Operations - Senior Operations Duty Officer for the US Air Force Reserve. In 2018, they joined Attunix as a Managing Consultant, helping organizations enhance their business operations through technology advancements. In 2019, they joined Redapt Inc as a Delivery Manager, responsible for overseeing successful project delivery. Most recently, starting in 2021, they have taken on the role of Director of Project Management at Tensure Consulting. Overall, David's work experience showcases their expertise in project management, operational leadership, and technical system development.

David McGee holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Management from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, which they obtained from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Management from the United States Air Force Academy, completing their studies from 2003 to 2007. Before attending the Air Force Academy, David attended the United States Air Force Academy Preparatory School in 2002. David completed their high school education at Fruita Monument High School from 1998 to 2002.

In terms of certifications, David obtained the Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org in February 2022. David also holds the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in June 2014. Additionally, David has the Program Management - Level II certification from the United States Air Force, achieved in August 2013.
