Katerina Rogacheva

Katerina Rogacheva has extensive experience in project and delivery management within the IT sector, currently serving as a Delivery Manager at AndersenLab since November 2020, where 12 projects were successfully delivered while managing up to 70 personnel and 10 project teams. Previous roles include IT Project Manager at AndersenLab, Project Manager at Service Desk CJSC overseeing a 12-person team, and the Head of Technical Services Centre at PROFISERV LTD, where leadership encompassed two departments and client relations. Katerina's early career includes positions as Chief Economist and Software Engineer at Belagroprombank OJSC, and Head of Financial Operations Bureau at Horizont OJSC. Katerina holds Bachelor's degrees in Automating of Technology Processes and Manufacturing from Belarusian National Technical University, and in Finance and Credit from Belarusian State University.
