Nadya Kovaleva

Nadya Kovaleva has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Nadya started their career at EPAM Systems as a .NET Developer, where they were responsible for designing and developing code, implementing new features, and maintaining regular communication with the customer. Later, they worked at U.S. Bank as a .NET Software Engineer, contributing to the development of customer-focused experiences. Currently, they are working at Andersen Lab as the Head of Project Delivery for Ecommerce software solutions. In this role, they oversee the entire project lifecycle, manages a team of project managers, maintains client relationships, manages project budgets, and identifies areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and quality.

Nadya Kovaleva completed their Bachelor's degree in Management Technologies and Humanitarization from the National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute" in 2010. Nadya then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship (MAIE) from the Berlin School of Business & Innovation (BSBI), which they obtained in 2019.
