Jim Weglewski

Jim Weglewski started their work experience in 2001 at 3M as a Six Sigma Blackbelt. From there, they moved to Andersen Windows in 2009 and held the role of Director of R&D, Architectural Products Division until 2011. In 2013, they joined Andersen Corporation and held various roles, including VP of Corporate Quality, Sustainability, & Facilities and VP of Corporate Quality, Sustainability, & Environmental Management. In 2015, they became the VP of Lean Sigma & Quality Systems at Andersen Corporation.

Jim Weglewski attended the University of Minnesota Morris from 1986 to 1988, where they studied Mechanical Engineering. Jim then transferred to the University of Minnesota and completed their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from 1988 to 1991.
