Kaitlin Cormican

Kaitlin Cormican is an experienced engineering and quality manager at Andersen Corporation, with a tenure beginning in May 2013. In the current role, Kaitlin leads engineering and quality initiatives at the Andersen Consolidation Center, focusing on equipment procurement and enhancing quality, material flow, and productivity efficiency. Prior roles include Engineer II, where Kaitlin spearheaded strategic planning and capacity expansion projects, and Engineer I, where continuous production improvements were emphasized. Kaitlin's early career involved supporting production lines through ergonomic enhancements as an Associate Engineer and engaging in process improvements as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern. Kaitlin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
