Todd Corbo

Todd Corbo, JD, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Todd is currently the Founder/President of Antium LLC, a position they have held since May 2021. Prior to this, Corbo served as the Head of Tax at Andersen Corporation starting from January 2020. Todd also served as a member of the Board of Directors at SharePoint Credit Union since January 2014. Other notable positions include Executive Vice President of Tax Services at ThreeFive, Inc. from March 2018 to January 2020, and Director of Specialty Tax Services at Lurie, LLP from September 2016 to March 2018. Additionally, Corbo held several leadership positions in organizations such as CLOVR Life Spa and Eagan's SeptemberFest. Todd also has a background in the military, having served in the US Army Reserves for 29 years. Overall, Corbo has a strong background in tax and finance, with extensive experience in implementing tax strategies and leading teams.

Todd also holds an MBA with a specialization in Financial Analysis from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management. In addition, they completed a course on Negotiation Skills: Strategies for Increased Effectiveness at Harvard University's Division of Continuing Education. Todd'seducation also includes a degree in Strategic Leadership from the US Air War College, which they obtained during their time in the US Air Force from 2006 to 2009. Todd Corbo's undergraduate education was in Liberal Arts with a focus on Political Science at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. Todd is also a licensed attorney in the State of Minnesota.
