Jill Howard

Jill Howard has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry, with their most recent position being Vice President / Controller at Anderson Real Estate since 2014. Prior to that, they worked as an Interim Controller at Keystone Real Estate Project Management in 2013. From 2010 to 2012, they served as a Consultant and Accounting Manager at McKinley Properties, Inc, where they provided accounting advice and support for the Family Office and tracked investments for family members and entities. Before that, they were the VP General Accounting at Countrywide Bank from 2007 to 2009, where they managed the month end close process and led the effort to reduce the process to 2 days. Jill also held the position of Accounting Manager at The Voit Co from 1997 to 2007, where they designed and implemented automated financial reports and prepared annual budgets. Jill started their career as a Property Management Accountant at Lowe Enterprises in 1996, handling accounts receivable and accounts payable duties.

Jill Howard obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance & Real Estate from California State University, Northridge, during the period of 2011 to 2012.
