Joyce Sotero is an experienced HR leader and business consultant with a strong background in strategic human resources management. Currently serving as HR Leader/Business Leader at Anderson Real Estate since March 2022, Joyce collaborates with senior leadership to align HR strategies with organizational objectives and has developed a comprehensive onboarding program to enhance employee retention.
