Dylan then advanced to become the Marketing and Communications Coordinator, responsible for managing and editing multiple websites and the district's app.

In 2016, Dylan launched their own business called Dylan McCullough Photography, utilizing their self-taught photography skills to capture weddings, engagements, and portraits. Prior to this, they gained leadership experience as a Department Lead at Shoe Carnival, where they honed their customer service skills.

Dylan also had editorial experience as the Editor-in-Chief at Clemson University's TAPS yearbook, where they initially worked as the managing editor before being promoted to the top position.
