Bart Teulings serves as Voorzitter at Leeuwensteinstichting since January 2005 and as a Senior Adviseur in de Publieke Sector at Andersson Elffers Felix since November 2018. Previously, Bart Teulings was an independent advisor focusing on public administration and finance from December 2012 to December 2018, contributing to multiple projects including financial strategies for municipal energy transitions and evaluations of crisis management in urban development. Bart Teulings held roles such as Businesscontroller for the Sociaal cluster at Gemeente Amsterdam and Programmamanager for the 'Schaalsprong Almere 2030' initiative. With extensive experience dating back to 1990, including senior advisory positions and project management across various municipalities, Bart Teulings has established a solid background in public policy and financial oversight, supported by a degree in Political Science from the University of Amsterdam.
