Myles Spar has a diverse work experience in the medical field. In 1998, they began working at UCLA Health as a Clinical Instructor and later became a Clinical Faculty member. In 2002, they joined Venice Family Clinic as the Director of Integrative Medicine. During this time, they also worked as an Integrative Medicine Physician at Anthony Mills MD Inc. and as the Director of Integrative Medicine at Men's Health Foundation.
In 2014, Myles Spar started a private practice where they served as a Board-Certified Internal Medicine and HIV Specialist. Myles was also a Faculty Member at the UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine and the Director of Integrative Medicine Program & HIV Services at Venice Family Clinic's Simms-Mann Health and Wellness Center. Additionally, they were the Founder & Executive Director of Integrative Medicine Access.
In 2016, Myles Spar founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer of Tack180, a role they held until December 2020. During the same year, they became an Assistant Professor at The University of Arizona, working to improve access to integrative medicine among the underserved.
In 2017, Myles Spar briefly worked as an Integrative Medicine Consultant for the National Basketball Association (NBA). From 2019 to 2022, they served as the National Medical Director at Vault Health. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President and National Director of Medical Services at AndHealth, starting in August 2022.
Myles Spar's education history begins in 1984 when they started their undergraduate studies at Tufts University. Myles pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, with a focus on pre-med courses. Myles completed their undergraduate education in 1988.

Additionally, Myles Spar has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2015, they became board certified in integrative medicine by the American Board of Physician Specialties.
