Camilo Trout Lastra

Camilo Trout Lastra is a seasoned economist with extensive experience in economic research and analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Economist at ANDI - Asociación Nacional de Empresarios de Colombia since March 2018, Camilo leads projects focused on environmental sustainability, digital economy, and fiscal policy, among others, while also analyzing economic data to produce insights on investment opportunities. In addition to their role at ANDI, Camilo has been a University Lecturer since July 2019 at CESA. Previously, from August 2010 to July 2016, Camilo worked as an Economic Research Analyst at ANDI, where tasks included evaluating industry climates across various sectors. Camilo holds an M.B.A. in International Business from Florida International University and two degrees in Economics from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, where Camilo earned both a Master's and a Bachelor's degree.
