Brian Emerson

Brian Emerson is the Principal and Founder of Andiron, a leadership development consultancy known for partnering with organizations worldwide to develop leaders and leverage polarities. Prior to starting Andiron, Brian was a Principal at Riverstone Endeavors for nearly two decades. Brian holds a PhD and MA from Fielding Graduate University in Human and Organizational Systems and Human Development respectively. Additionally, Brian holds an MA in Communication - Organizational Communication from the University of Delaware, a PDC in Organizational Development from Georgetown University, and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Delaware.
