Christian Fernández González

Christian Fernández González has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and sectors. Christian is currently working as the Secretary of the Board of Directors at Diquital since February 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of People and Culture at Andorra Telecom starting from October 2015.

In addition, Christian has worked as a Professor at Vatel Andorra since September 2016. Before that, they served as the Deputy General Manager at CALDEA from April 2014 to September 2015 and as the Director of People Management from June 2008 to March 2014.

Furthermore, Christian has worked at Andorra Telecom, where they held various roles. Christian was the Director of Human Resources from January 2003 to March 2008 and the Responsible for Personnel Administration and Training from September 2000 to December 2002.

Christian's work experience also includes a role as a Consultant at CEINSA S.L. from 2007 to 2008.

Christian Fernández González has a diverse education history. In 1993-1996, they attended Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III, where they obtained a DUT Gestion des Entreprises et Administrations degree. In 2001-2002, they pursued a Post Grau RRHH from Universitat Rovira i Virgili. Christian furthered their education at EADA Business School in 2003-2004, completing a Master en Dirección de Recursos Humanos. In 2005-2007, they pursued an Executive MBA from EADA Business School. Christian then attended IESE Business School in 2010-2011, where they obtained a PDD degree in Management. Christian later enrolled at The Valley Digital Business School in 2017 for a Programa para la alta direccion en Digital Business. Most recently, in 2020-2021, they completed a Master en Innovación y Sostenibilidad with a focus on Sostenibilidad / ODS from EADA Business School.
